We are surrounded by wonderful fish and shellfish on this little island. On this class you will be able to learn how to cook a variety of dishes, sit down in our lovely dining area and enjoy your skills with a lovely complimentary glass of wine.

In this class you will learn how to fillet a flat fish, make a fantastic stock out of the fish bones & you will be using sea vegetables to create your fine dinning fish this afternoon. 

Finished with a delightful dessert made by our cookery school chefs.
