Discover the art of working with different types of chocolate with our Belfast suburban cookery school. You will make chocolate sweet pastry, bake this & fill your own tart case. We will also make 3 different types of truffles salt caramel, chocolate & orange and plain.

You will fill your own parfit jar full of delicious truffles to bring home. We will break for lunch and finish with a great demo from our Chef Jeffers on how to make chocolate profiteroles both sauce & pastry
